Sarah et Nicolas vous proposent la location d’un gîte de charme près d’Uzès.
Le village est idéalement situé à 2 km d’Uzès, 20 km de Nîmes et 45mn d’Avignon et d’Arles, et peut-être le point de départ de nombreuses activités tant sportives que culturelles: baignades dans des rivières, canoë, kayak, escalade, randonnée, piscines, visite de la ville médiévale d’Uzès, de ses marchés, visite du Pont du Gard, festivals de danse contemporaine, de musique classique, electros d’Uzès, feria de Nîmes, Rencontres de la photographie d’Arles, festival d’Avignon…
L’appartement fait environ 75 m2 et se compose de 3 pièces sur 3 niveaux: une chambre avec 2 lits simples, une chambre avec 1 lit double et une salle de bain attenante, une grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipée et terrasse avec une vue incroyable. Il se situe dans une ancienne bergerie rénovée de façon contemporaine.
La location se fait du samedi à 16h au samedi à 10h.
Les tarifs varient entre 500 et 700 euros la semaine selon la période de l’année.
Les draps sont fournis et le ménage est compris.
Pour la réservation, nous demandons un acompte de 30%, ainsi qu’une caution de 400 € à votre arrivée.

Charming holiday cottage self-catering near Uzès.
In a three storey house recently rebuilt from a 17th century stone barn in a contemporary shabby-chic style, Nicolas and Sarah will warmly welcome you.
On the first floor, there is a bright and quiet room with 2 very comfortable single beds.
On the second floor, there is the large bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom with shower.
On the top floor, there is a very sunny and nice living-room with a modern kitchen and a terrace en suite looking over ancient roofs and elegant trees, very sunny.
The entire village is located in a very well preserved area of garrigue, close to the river Le Gardon.
There are many historics sites to visit: The medieval Duchy of Uzès, the magnificent Roman Pont du Gard, the Roman arenas in Nîmes or Arles.
Many wine growers in the area are producing very good wines, organic or conventionnal, all high quality, and will be happy to welcome you to taste their wines.
Take the opportunity of this voyage to attend the famous Contemporanean dance festivals in Uzès and Theatre festival of Avignon, photo festival in Arles and then discover Cévennes and beaches of the Camargue, from mountains to sea…
The loft can be rented from Saturday 04:00 P.M to Saturday 10:00 am.
The rate is between 500 and 700 euros the week.
The price includes sheets, towels ans cleaning.
